My name is Caitie and I'm a Junior in college. I'm on a mission to get through school, get in shape, treat my body well, and find confidence along the way! We're all in this together and every bit of support we give each other helps! So, please don't hesitate to ask/message/follow/anything. I love meeting new people, especially if we have similar life goals :)

However, I do not approve of eating disorders or unhealthy weight loss strategies. The goal here is to be healthy, not emaciated. I will not pass judgement on those with disorders (I've suffered through them myself when I was younger, I understand the obsession) but I will not help you or support your disorder.

As a student, I’m always looking to save money.  Though most of these aren’t too much of a surprise for me.  It’s true though, buying ingredients instead of assembled food, more veggies than meats, and shopping mainly the perimeter of the grocery store not only helps out your wallet, but also your health!!
